Mastic strip DPC Jointing System
DPC Jointing system. This unique system for jointing DPC to DPC or DPM. A rubber modified bituminous strip that is self-adhesive on both sides. The tenacious bond ensures a high integrity bond is achieved. All joints between lengths of DPC must be a minimum of 100mm lapped and bonded using DPC Jointing Tape. Polythene DPM as set out in BBA 88/2064 should be jointed with a mastic strip and the lapped joint sealed with 100mm high tack tape.
