TwinShield Protection Board - Standard & Flame Retardant LPS 1207

OCKWELLS TWINSHIELD is a ribbed twin wall polypropylene board for all round protection. Available from stock in STANDARD and LPS1207 FLAME RETARDANT.

Ockwells TwinShield is ideal for protecting floors, walls, windows, doors, worktops, columns and is used in many other applications.

TwinShield is the all purpose standard and flame retardant protection board that is:

Simply and quickly cut, curved or creased.
Lightweight and easy to position.
Tough, durable and impact resistant.
Non-toxic, resistant to chemicals, waterproof and does not stain.

Ockwells offer a CAD design and cutting service available for special sizes if required, subject to quantity. We also produce special cut shapes including a wide range of sanitary ware protection, kitchen worktop protection, boxes and trays in Flame Retardant and Standard board, some products can be made up to 10mm thick.

Standard grade door sized sheets are available from stock in 2.0m x 1.0m x 2mm door size in black (2 m2 sheets) (Black board is manufactured in part from recycled material)

Ockwells Flame Retardant range has been developed because of the increased concern about the role of combustible materials in fuelling major fires. For this reason, Ockwells have developed a fully proven range of flame retardant boards. Ockwells TwinShield has been extensively tested and approved by the Loss Prevention Council. The very stringent quality control standards of the LPC have been met. The LPC logo, registration and batch number are printed on every sheet so that the contractor can be certain that they are buying a fully accredited product.

The printed side should always be laid uppermost to avoid the possibility of the print transferring to the protected surface.

Adhesive Tapes: Use Low Tack Tape or Low Tack Easy Tear or Low Tack Easy Tear Flame Retardant tape on finished surfaces where there is the likelihood of damage when attempting to remove ordinary adhesive tapes. High tack and other tapes can be used in all other situations - see our tapes page and please note the use of tapes section.

Industrial Cleaner adhesive remover is available 500ml cans to remove dried tape adhesive, grease and dirt from most surfaces.
